I rarely ever write reviews but I am compelled in this instance for the wonderful service Zobel provided me regarding PureVPN. I am a novice to this technology and he provided the perfect answers in the most concise of way. I haven't met Zobel but I could genuinely feel that he is a good person. Zobel was huge help I went from a 271 ping to 25 in about 5 or less mins she understood what I wanted and made it happen thank you again zobel
i got in touch with a few members of the helpdesk. I had a problem with the software; "my VPN wasnt encrypted, or my IP didnt mask" I got in touch with a few employees with the livechat and email and each time we came one step closer to the results. The IT'er who solved it was Ivan. He and i went through the whole process trying to find the missing clue. After half an hour we solved the final peace. i am really gratefull for the service of PureVPN and especially from zobel and Ivan. Thanks! i really would recommend the software becouse of its great work, user friendly interface and great support. the support took its time but its sure worth it! Thanks for reading this

Bill persisted and got the desired RESULTS. It took time and I allowed remote access via CITRIX or ASSIST. VERY PROFESSIONAL, LISTENED. I started with the worst experience with PureVPN, just because of a colleague suggestion about the services. Joined PureVPN thinking its like just another services you are sign up online, but turns out it wasn't that simple. Signing up for the services first time I had difficulty getting account setup and to even start using it, something that should be smooth and easy for users to use turned out to be a 4 hours long conversation with tech support. After 5 days of services, my services was cancelled and refunded without my consent. Really MAD me off, I reached tech support to find out what they can do about something I requested to use the services for got cancelled and refunded. Got connected to senior Tech support - Hamelin. A great customer support agent, amazing person to assist with all the help needed when I was about to loose my temper and go with there competitor services, he compelled me to stay with his support and great support. I would recommend Hamelin - PureVPN Senior support tech for any help needed, he will get things done for you. I had an issue with my account and I expected a lot of trouble. But to my surprise, Oscar was able to assist me with great haste and effortlessly corrected my issue and got my account back to perfection. This was by far one of my best customer service experiences. PureVPN is amazing!
