PIA is great vpn service for everyday use but lacks support of streaming sites access atm which is my main target feature. So, it has other great feature like freedom to use a lot of protocols and ports. blocks ads and wireguard support. Its not the fastest vpn out there seems servers are under heavy load and give high ping. Maybe in future these issues will be resolved. so far its a good vpn for everyday use.Its interface is simple but can get messy and needs some improvements to easily navigate the home sceen.
I noticed that my Outbox in my Outlook slowed down. It used to be fast. One message was taking more than 15 minutes to be Sent. I switched off the VPN, and right after that, my message was immediately sent. Why is that?
This is my third vpn service over the last 3 years and I changed because they slowed down for whatever reason and the price went way up... But with that said this is by far the best experience I have had with vpn,,, fast reliable easy to set up, no problems at alllll.. gosh I hope next year it does not get to expensive... good job thanks
So far pretty good. Secure, low cost but not cheap. Mobile platform is really nice. Would be better if the auto-select function for servers would pick the lowest latency every time. It doesn’t always do that, seems to default to proximity.
As a linux user I'm no stranger to 3rd party software not working for my operating system, but private internet access supports ubuntu out of the box, with a really simple and downright impressive install script, I'm up and running in seconds. I have no experience dealing with their customer service, as their product has never failed me. Great job guys! And great price !

Absolutely the best $39 I have spent lately! I have to put out it pause in order to sign in to many apps, including my bank ad they do not recognize me from the Ukraine! Not a big deal for me, but it is a big deal for my privacy! Even Google search wont let me search from certain countries, but i use dogpile almost exclusively
I have played around with it for a few days now, and it’s been incredibly user-friendly. I currently have installed it on my iPad Pro, my Mac desktop my Windows based laptop, and my Google pixel 2 phone. No issue with lag or finding servers.It operates seamlessly in the background, and very intuitive when it comes to switching countries and servers. Admittedly the customization options are a bit above my head, but I am glad that they’re there so that when I do figure out exactly how to specify and set up my VPN I do believe that I have all the options I need. I think in these times when security is so much more than just making sure you’re going to trusted websites private Internet access is providing a extremely valuable service. $40 a year is not much to ask to maintain your Internet privacy so I highly recommend pulling the trigger today.
PIA is an incredible VPN service. The connection is always incredibly fast and secure and easy to set up and use. There are tons of option in the settings, with ample explanation of each with a simple hover of the mouse. I couldn't be happier with my subscription having so many servers to choose from. Thanks to PIA I am able to reconnect to Social Media sites that I was previously banned from with zero cause. Definitely will be renewing next year. Thank You!!
