I have been a loyal member for over five years. Im in Australia. It is the most secure wonderful iand easy yo is service out there. Yes I find it’s a bit slow on your phone (iPhone) but on your PC once you find the right country, lost speed is minimal. Have recommended this to all family and friends. You will not regret!!

I had an issue with VPN on an Unifi Router. I hoped that the support will work together with me on a solution while they just explained me that they do not offer any support for such router types. That's not what I expect from a support team. The good thing was the fast response! That's really praiseworthy.

Used PIA initially for a month. The VPN client is excellent, self-explanatory and easy to use. I'm sure there is a slight slow down in speed but this is not anything that I've noticed or has negatively impacted me. After a very successful first month I've just signed up for a year. A week into using the service and it is working really nicely. Forget we have it to be honest, runs very smoothly. Not sure how it affects our internet speed... ours isn’t the greatest being in a remote area but it hasn’t impacted it a lot if it has at all. Overall very happy!
