i have only had this vpn for a short time, I am very happy withthis vpn
When I signed up, my account was automatically set to "auto-renew". Noticed I had been charged for a 12 month subscription even though I had not used their service since first signing up. Would not negotiate even a partial refund after I queried the charge. Given the fact I had not used their service since first signing up I thought it would be reasonable to give a partial refund at least considering I had used their service for a few hours when I first signed up only to find it did not suit my needs.

Good enough for the price, but wish it were more consistent. I have been using it at another location for approximately 2 years and frequently have to manually change the VPN server access location due to the abundance of traffic.
It's been a very easy install. Have 10 devices, most use Windows 10. Only our church base older compute used Windows 7. Thought I might have to purchse a 32 bit download that would accommidate that system but the support team said "no problem" and sent me a link that loaded very easy works perfect. Thank you Private Internet Access. We are loving the experiance.
I'm am old woman and not real tech savvy. I installed the thing couldn't get it to work and in fact l couldn't bring anything up on my computer. Not even face book. Didn't get anywhere with the chat option either. Sent a message to cancel was told l was on the wetting dept. So i got an email from the billing dept. Told then to cancel the subscription and still waiting for a reply. Why don't you have a number to call and talk to a human being. I just want my money refunded to my account. They had no problem taking from my account in the matter of an hour but note it looks like it will take forever to get an answer if ever of when l can expect my refund. Doris Broomfield
So far this VPN has been very nice! My speeds have remained amazing and Ive never lost connection once! After setting eveything up the way I wanted in the easy to navigate settings area Ive been running secure ever since! Thank you! My suggestion is to not have the kill switch set to auto upon install. I was quite confused at first as to why I had no internet after connecting to the VPN.
Fast speeds and I like the fact that Private Internet Access does not collect data or logs. Safe, fast and a great price!
