Pick a server, any server. I'm in Russia, no Canada, no... NORWAY! Works as advertised, every time .I hear they don't keep log files but haven't verified myself. The Private Internet Access is straightforward and easy to use. It works well and I've had no real issues. I put an asterisk in the header because on Ubuntu the official guide doesn't work. I ended up using a third party set of instructions.

PIA offer a great service at an even better price and even better again is that they listen to their customers. I once asked a representative if they had any plans to set up a server in my country, I genuinely expected to be told something like "not at the present time etc" but the rep assured me he would pass on my suggestion for consideration, within a week they and made the option available!
