I think this is a great tool for all computers. Now days, one can't be too careful about who is watching while you are on line, and I feel this is another level of protection. Sometimes it is difficult to get the program up and running when trying it on a new computer, but the support is always available and they usually are able to get me going quickly again.
Very fast most of the time, transparent communication. I've seen other people use VPN but this one is great
Speeds meet my expectations and is easy to use. Price is competitive (there are sales regularly - watch slickdeals.net) and I haven't had any issues using PIA. Good number of locations to connect. Haven't used many other VPN's so not sure how it compares to others but I'd recommend it.
This company has delivered exactly what I've expected, and their support has been fantastic. Getting PIA to work with my macs has been a breeze. Even getting support for configuration on my FlashRouter was easy. Great company, no problems.
I use their service on several of my devices.
Works as described. I don't really know how much privacy I really get, but it does make me feel more private. Two little things. You can't access Craig's List while using it, and my antivirus software takes exception to Ruby, which seems to be used somewhere in the access software. I have noted a slight speed decrease, and if I use a foreign access point, some websites are blocked. All in all though, I am pretty satisfied with the service.
Works brilliantly in background, and simultaneously protects the machines, both Windows and Android mobile phones. Despite having numerous devices, one subscription protects 4 of us in this family, as nobody uses all devices simultaneously all the time. Their online support also excellent. Very happy to recommend
I chose to use a VPN for a number of reasons, but mostly to ensure privacy. PIA is an excellent choice as I can use it across a number of devices, including my cell phone and laptop, allowing me to feel more comfortable when using wifi. However, I have found that a number of sites are blocking my access as they have detected I am using a VPN. While I am not immediately concerned of a loss of anonymity based on the fact it is known I am using a VPN, I do find each instance I am blocked to be alarming. This instances are increasing in frequency, and I am becoming frustrated that the response from PIA seems to be very quiet regarding this. While I may choose explore other VPNs, I have recently prepaid for a year of service, and it is too expensive to pay for another service that may eventually have the same difficulty. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the services of PIA; but, I wish for a greater understanding of what PIA is doing to maintain the expected level of service.
Good service, no netflix
I like the underpinnings of the service, secure VPN connection should I need it while using un-secure connections, enabling me to conduct private business without fear of hacking. That being said extensive travel and use during that travel led me to believe that the masking property, that is the claim that you could be in one time zone, or country, and use a server in a different time zone or country didn't appear to work. We tried to connect to Netflix a couple of times while in Europe a year or so ago and it still wouldn't execute, picking up our location in Europe. That being said, I'll keep renewing in order to utilize the secure connection
