Choosing a VPN service provider can be a daunting task. The people at private Internet access are genuinely focused on service, security, and ease-of-use - In that order. The service level of this provider second to none and I would highly recommend them to any of my friends, colleagues and random strangers on the Internet. TL;DR; Service: 10 Security: 10 Speed: 10 Cost: 10 (higher is better) Ease-of-use: 9 Beautiful website: 7 (but who cares)

I have to say the ease of use is very helpful. I really like the app and the plug-ins, they make switching really easy. Works great on my desktop, on my iPhone the vpn is constantly dropping when the phone goes to sleep. Not PIA's fault, but it really sucks because it makes me vulnerable. Customer service is fairly good, but I really hate the whole ticket thing and there is no one to call and speak to a human. When there are issues, it can take a significant time and multiple emails to get resolved. Their live chat service works pretty well when available. Overall, pretty good service. I feel secure enough to use them. I will continue to evaluate their service as I continue my new subscription.

PIA has delivered what they advertise. I have used them for over 2 years. Prior to that I had..."problems".

Would give PIA 5-stars if their Android app could be updated to work better on Android TV. It works but it's a bit of a pain to use. Fixes would be: 1. Make it leanback launcher aware so you don't have to sideload it and then use sideload launcher to run it 2. Revise the UI a little so it fully works with non-touch screens so you don't have to hook up a mouse to Android TV
