Safe, secure, no spyware. Best paid for VPN.
I have had no issues in 2 1/2 years with the service. It is simple to connect to any of their servers across the globe and the connection speed is usually solid. You can check the latency before you connect to a specific location or they will choose the fastest connection automatically. I cannot speak to whether or not it is truly anonymous browsing. I have never had to contact their support, so I can address that either. I've been happy with it overall.
I've had PIA for about 2 years now and have been totally satisfied with their products and updates for those products. It was easy to install and easy to use. Very little problems with connecting or dropped connections. I have recommended PIA to many of my friends.
Does what it says on the tin.
I've been using this VPN for a couple of years now. While a couple of years ago there were rough edges (it's typical, for VPN services), everything is now stable and fast, to the point that I'm permanently connected with it. As bonus points, the support actually answers and tries to help - although, the only time when I've contacted it, was long ago. I'm very happy, and as long as the service is solid as it is now, I have no intention to change.
No complaints at all about PIA until... I use VPN on my router which means that all traffic flows through them. Last week my Netflix account was blocked because I was coming through VPN. Sucks. Netflix has lost a paying customer and PIA has dropped a little in the quality of service that they provide.
I've happily used PIA for three years now. Whilst it game me comfort that I was protected behind its security, my main use was to watch Netflix and similar services from outside of the USA. Since Netflix blocked PIAs IP addresses this has not been possible and I will not be renewing my subscription unless PIA find a solution. Their web site and forums give no clues when this will be or if they are even trying.
Great company. Product does as it says it does. Support when I have occasionally used (once in two years) knowledgeable and quick to respond.
If you use the default client. It does not matter where you select for the VPN exit. Your DNS will be routed through the USA DNS servers. It would be best if they used a DNS server at the exit node. So that it would not be so easy to correlate DNS to VPN traffic.
Excellent for the no so tech savvy person. Quick chat help desk that was easy to follow.
