I have pretty much the same experience as another user who bought PIA so my IP address would show it was from another country. All I wanted to do was to access content that was free to residents of the UK. Unfortunately, the servers (or whatever) PIA uses had been blocked which rendered this VPN absolutely useless to me. One would tend to think the company would at least make an attempt to rectify this situation but I suppose that's too much trouble. Instead, I found another VPN whose servers were NOT blocked and that works just fine. The only problem is I'm out the $40 I paid for a useless service.

Scam. I requested a refund the second day. I am very busy and they sent troubleshooting steps. I already spent enough time trying to fix the issue. I just wanted a refund. Within the lengthy troubleshooting email at the bottom was a request for me to reply with a specific number. Apparently I did not respond in time to qualify for a refund. I saw a lengthy email not regarding my request for cancellation and did not have time to go through it. You figure that I could purchase service with a click of a button, I should be able to cancel and request refund with a click of a button. Nowhere in the site allows for this. They require customers to go through them and request a refund on their terms. I did not jump through the hoops the way they wanted and now I am out 40 dollars. If this were an ethical company, cancellation would be straight forward and easy. They add extra steps hoping people will not be able to meet their terms. Definitely a dishonest company. The reason I wanted to cancel is: The first day, I put this on four devices. I enabled the kill switch feature and the automatic login on start up. Everything work well the first day. The second day, my laptop and home computer started requiring me to disconnect and reconnect to use the vpn. This defeats the whole purpose of the automatic log in on start up. I was informed that the kill switch will prevent even connecting to the server, so automatic log in and kill switch enabled at the same time cause a conflict. If this were true, my devices should not have worked the first day and half. By the third and fourth day, my phone and iPad started having the same issue. Solution: I found another VPN service "Surfshark." I am able to enable automatic log in and also the kill switch. I do not need to continually disconnect and reconnect when I start up my device or switch networks. This service is the a third of the price and works faster. A bonus: Surfshark VPN works with all major streaming services. Private Internet Access VPN does not work with amazon or Netflix. I did not have time to check them all or remember, but there were other websites that were forbidden to me while using Private Internet Access VPN. Suggestion: Shop around and do research. A couple years back, I tried a few vpns. Out of all the vpns I have tried, this one under preforms and the company utilizes unethical techniques to dupe customers. ### update: I was offered a refund in the reply below. I feel like it is a clever ploy to counter my negative review. I was vehemently told that I could not be refunded by the support team. After the reply to my review, I sent a reply to the customer service person I spoke with last night over email. If I were a better man, they will not respond until the negative review is not so recent where it is seem by everyone looking at the reviews. At this point, they will still refuse to refund my purchase. This technique is yet another example of the dishonesty of the company. To be clear: The reply below is an empty offer used to decisive prospective customers. ### Update 2: A refund was stated to be issued via email a few minutes after the above update. This is a satisfactory outcome.

I’m am a newbie to VPN’s. I put it on my streaming box and my phone. Several of my apps will not work with the VPN active on my ph, but I haven’t noticed much of an issue on my box as of yet.

Всем привет! Долго читал отзывы и мыслил, что хорошо, а что плохо! Деньги с карточки ушли сразу,без подтверждения т.к. имеют защищенный канал. Главное что бы дальше без спроса не снимали. Я оформил подписку на месяц. И какое же было мое удивление. Я живу в курортном городе где связь ростелеком выдает от 7-20 мб/с. это позор конечно . И что увидел при тесте на скорость разными способами: Эксплоер - 20-24, Опера 14-18, Гугл - 21-25 мб,с. Как видите скорость возросла, страницы открываются шустро, захожу на сайты под запретом. Пусть роскомнадзорик курит в сторонки!!!!

Best experience knowing by browsing history is not out in the open while I am on the internet. I live out of country and your service is a great help getting my streaming services to work were I am in Panama . It is awesome to watch all are favorite programs with no hassle as i also have Your VPN installed on my Flash Router for whole house connections.AWESOME VPN AND THE SERVICE IS GREAT.
