For several weeks I have been requesting a password reset without any meaningful response. I have repeatedly received verification that services were purchased but have not had my account reset. I purchased this product to use on a trip abroad and will not be able to use it since “customer service” cannot or will not reset my User ID and Password.

I haven't used it more than a week now But it seems to work very well. The nice thing is it doesn't block me from looking at my security cameras. The price is a good feature also

I've found PIA to be extremely honest and their service faultless. Aside from that they are super competitive. Though cost alone is not my priority when searching for a solid vpn. Security is.

Bought out by a larger company that has been known to hold its users data. The whole reason for a VPN or private internet access is for it to be private. Will be finding a better VPN service.
