I've been a customer for a few years. The VPN works well and it's fast. Support is also helpful. However I won't be renewing my subscription when it ends next as many sites are now blocked if accessed through PIA (some examples, RaiPlay, Netflix, iView, BBC player, tonymacx86 and others). I will look for another provider that can unblock streaming sites as PIA does not seem to be concerned with this.

I've been with Private Internet Access for a year now, after my subscription I used Cyber Ghost and I have to say I came back to Private Internet Access within 10 days. Even tough PIA is a smaller company they have much more features and offer them cheaper. I've learned my lesson I'm not changing anytime soon.
