The IPs available are blocked by the websites in the UK that I was looking to access, so the service wasn't useful to me.

I have been using Private Internet Access for about 4 years and have had very little problems BUT......... A few weeks ago I knew that my semi-annual subscription was coming due, so I checked my account settings and saw that my "AUTO renew" was turned ON. I then put my trust in that my account wouldn't expire. UNFORTUNATELY, I had turned the secure, and was using it and thought I was protected, BUT I noticed that the protected mode (green) had gone orange. After further checking I found my account had EXPIRED. I got no warning, no email, no nothing. It just turned off at some point, I don't know when. That tended to irritate me. Thats the reason for 4 stars instead of the 5 I would have given them.

Solid throughout based on speeds, selection of servers, ability to surf all sites, app simplicity with customizable features; have used other VPNs for years past but PIA provides better speeds, a better app and site, greater compatibility with various other apps such as HBO, news apps, download content etc. After researching and testing four other VPNs, I chose PIA again for another year of service.
