Na 1 jaar PIA nu voor 2 jaar , want het werkt prima. Echt een aanrader zeker gezien de prijs
Take your money, never respond to support and does not allow streaming services to work Edit: new ticket number: DP8-201912-00005
Hi, I have logged two support calls so far and I'm not getting any feedback. When I try clicking on the link in the acknowledgement email, the link fails to take me to anything that relates to my logged calls. Time to hire and train more staff.
I am very impressed with this VPN service. It is fast, easy to use. I would recommend to anyone I know. Thank you PIA for a quality product.
Been with PIA for 3 yrs now and have never had any problems. The speed is always good and the application is easy to use, Its a great service for the price.
Best for the price of $7 a month. The refer program is cool as well , invite a friend and when they sign up both of you get 30 days free!
Unresponsive website. Tried to cancel NEXT DAY after I paid and received an invitation to rate this company. Sorry I ever contacted them.
Awfull lying support. Have messaged their support and they say many things but they don't know what they are doing over there. Also a very small amount of server locations. For example, has missed out so many European countries.
Just got the service and was having problems staying connected,Iput in a service request and got an answer that fixed the problem.Support was fast to get back to me and the problem was solved.can't ask for better.
I have been a PIA customer for 6+ years and feel as if I've been stabbed in the back. Three days after the news broke that PIA has been bought by CyberGhost's owner Kape Technologies, a well known maker of malware that injects their spyware into their software packages. Kape was known for this as Crossrider and changed their name to Kape Technologies while going on a buying spree. Now Kape is looking to use the great reputation that PIA 'had' and I say had because no one is going to trust a company owned by a company known for injecting malware in their software to harvest personal data to sell the third parties for financial gain, EVERYTHING that PIA stood against. PIA claims that won't happen but when someone buys your company, you no longer have any say in what goes on unless you want to go out the door. As I write this, there is absolutely NO MENTION AT ALL on PIA's website that this sale is happening. Probably because they know that even more customers would leave if they knew. Chances are this could actually be Kape's plan all along that when the customers leave and the 1 million strong users shrivel up into nothing, Kape will just say no deal and walk away. Customers with the bad taste left in their collective mouths by this betrayal will not return and PIA will be scorched earth for anyone to dare return to. PIA has nailed its own coffin shut from the inside and it's a sad day for a once trusted VPN provider. So long PIA...
