This VPN is a bargain because it can pay for itself over a short period of time. I had difficulty logging on only once and this was after a year of zero problems. The customer service quickly solved my problem within 20 minutes of me opening a ticket. Also, the problem was a user error. I recommend Private Internet Access! Do eeeeet!

Fast and reliable service with loads of servers around the globe, the Mac version is a little bit annoying but there are so many options to use the service without it. Installed on Mac, Windows, IOS and android no problem during my 3 years of subscription. Used it where the Internet is filtered like some work public places when on wifi and some work places where you can't view YouTube or log into Facebook. Also in countries where they block certain protocols like SIP and VoIP service as well as other websites or contents; worked every time. I have tried many other services this one was and still is the perfect price value with all the servers and it is always fast.

I really appreciate how easy PIA is to use. The app for iOS is a godsend and the one for mac does the job just fine. The price is right, the speed is good. I have no complaints.

I have 50mbs+ cable service and PIA slows my service to 26mbs. Contacted customer service and they could not fix the problem. I was told to expect slowdown.

I've been using Private Internet Access for over three years now and I have zero complaints about PIA's service, performance, and customer service. I have performance issues form time to time, but I'm almost always able to trace those back to my ISP, my WiFi network, or the WiFi service of whatever open network (coffee shops, hotels, etc.) I happen to be using. My transfer speeds drop once in a while, but I just switch to another server when that happens or reboot my WiFi.

I frequently need to access web sites in less than hospitable areas of the world, and wanted to protect my ip address. Private Internet Access is the best "bolt on" VPN solution I've come across. It's inexpensive, easy to configure and install. When I need it, I just turn it on, and when done I turn it off. Overall I'm very satisfied and would recommend PIA to anyone needed to add a layer of safety to their online requirements.

I've used PIA for a couple of years now, and can't recommend them enough. My speed through their servers is never throttled, and they're constantly upgrading their desktop client.

Great service and plenty of options for server locations. Have been using it for 2+ years and have yet to run into an issue.
