Works great to go dark when I want to, but if I leave it connected I get random issues with Outlook, it wouldn't send out emails , sporadically and then freezes up Outlook. I have tried entering various ip address that tech support sent me, but no solution yet. Care to contact me and try again??

I am quite happy with the performance of PIA. The only reason I did not give it a full 5 stars is that it has a tendency to disconnect overnight. This would not be a significant issue only the disconnect causes my actual IP to become public which has proven to be problematic. My work-around is to stop all overnight activity and restart with PIA active the following day.

Although some websites, such as some banks, do not seem to allow you to connect via any VPN, I have not had any problems with PIA itself. Works on my PC, Macbook, Synology and other devices and only very occasionally drops. Just renewed after 12 months without hesitation.

Easy payments, connections are reliable and quick, sometimes even faster than my ISP provides. I'll be sticking with them a while.

I have no complaints about the service. There was one server that didn't respond very well but I just won't use that one, there are plenty to choose from and maybe it was a one-off. Otherwise, I could use the account on my iPad no problem. I would recommend it, and have already done so, to anyone.

Love that if I'm experiencing a slow connection I can report the speed with a quick "2-click" method built into the software. No need to instant message or send an email to report the slow down. This shows me that PIA is mindful of an important piece of their machine and would like to know right away if you are not satisfied.

Tons of options for connecting, lots of servers in lots of countries and speeds in the US are very good. Connection software makes connecting very easy, and the "kill switch" option stops all transfers if your connection goes in the clear. Their privacy policies and flexible payment types are also a plus.

Ive been using private Internet access for going on 2 years now and it has been fantastic. I've never had issues connecting and the connection speed has always been consistent with what my isp provides. Customer service has always been fast and responsive whenever I've needed assistance.

Private Internet Access is the best "internet money" I have ever spent. Yes, privacy is important to me. With PIA I have complete peace of mind while surfing. The speed on their servers is fantastic. Believe it or not, there are times when the PIA servers test out to be faster than my direct internet providers service. I'm with them for life.

i have had pia for a year, and it has always worked. never had any issues with speed or connection. excellent opportunity for anonymous internet access. works well with uTorrent and for internet browsing.
