PIA's VPN is impressive value when you consider what you get and how configurable the connection(s, up to 5 simultaneous!) is... I use PIA on Windows 8/10, Android 5.1.1, OS 10.9.5/10.10 I notice end users are complaining about Netflix... can you imagine with the Netflix growth figures the incredible volume of data that PIA has to (encrypt/decrypt and) route through their servers to supply that kind of service? Almost everyone is watching Netflix and loads are doing that in HD… Obviously people are region swapping with Netflix, great fun, did that myself for a while... Apart from region swapping, people, we don’t need to go all crypto with Netflix PIA simply works, if you don't want people openly snooping your internet traffic, or just want to 'push-back' BIG Brother somewhat then this is an elegant solution that does all that. You can get technical and leave the defaults behind setting tough encryption and different regions for your internet traffic. Let's face it though, if you are a person of interest surveillance will be escalated against you accordingly. In short, PIA (used correctly) will massively increase the protection around your internet traffic whether that be internet banking, identity theft, search data, email snoopers, man-in-middle attacks… It won’t be PIA that gets your data compromised, it will almost certainly be our human failings, meaning, we decide to DISCONNECT from PIA and surf the web forgetting that PIA is not on the job. You never know when some geek is analysing your raw traffic with their Kali Linux tools all up in your data stream  [Try finding those crypto keys when PIA gets configured with Blowfish algorithm scrambling the stream, and what’s so interesting about your data that someone would make the effort anyways??] Great product/service PIA, keep up the good work. I haven't needed to use the 'help' option to often but when I do it is very fast and helpful. I will be with them for a long time. No problems, just a little faster would be nice.

Minor niggles have been improved - the menu bar icon clairity, connection to my email server, all little things - have improved and now no longer require vigilence or work-arounds The throughput speed is excellent. The range of location choices is good. No complaints

Great service, I have never had any issues with it except for one thing. Netflix blocks me while I'm using it so that can be rather annoying. Other than that, I have no complaints with it.

Let us be frank, the Internet wants to own each one of us. Not just "legitimate" interests target us, but data thieves. Private Internet Access so far has helped me be more secure in a hostile Internet environment.
