The first thing you should look for in a VPN is trust, and I trust PIA to protect my data and my identity. Second is performance, and again, it's a fast, reliable, easy to use service on any device. Third is a cool logo, and on that, they need some work. ;)

Great service. Lot's of locations to pick from. Just wish that you could have more remote port options on Android. Android app also doesn't allow messages or phone calls to be received while vpn is active. Although they claim this is an Android bug other vpn apps work just fine.

It's child's play to install on Windows 8.1. However the process took a little figuring with Ubuntu 13/14/15. There was a post in the forum detailing the sequence of Terminal command line entries to set the system up correctly which I followed and it worked well. So, to date, no problems and pleased.

Speeds fluctuates and are not great (3-5Mbps), but still handle streaming. DDWRT router support is good. Connection does auto reconnect a few times a day. Fairly good in comparison to what is availble in Australia.
