Would have loved for the app to tell me which server is the fastest one and do a speed test. Also, my country blocked the site so I couldn't even download or alter my subscription which was kind of scary. It is important to note the great service PIA provides and the awesome customer service experience.

Good value for money with a few issues. Good number of servers and countries. Software has hassles at times - crashes when torrenting if there are a good number of seeds. Reasonably often need to reinstall TAP driver. These issues are not uncommon when you hit the forums but have not improved over a number of years. Some "I am not a bot" issues with webpages but this is probably an issue with all VPNs as the world degenerates into a 1984 scenario. Overall I am happy.

PIA ip's are to common. Not geo blocked sites. But several regular sites, like news sites, etc. mistrust PIA ip address. I need to fill out captcha's to prove I'm not a bot to gain access to the sites. Maybe not a bad idea to come up with a way to refresh the IP's every x month. As the client base grows, more sites are accessed from the same IP and are added to the bot list. But otherwise, steady connection and speed. No DNS/IP leak.

I like this company because the support is excellent. I have on numerous occasions forgot my password and after one email they have reset it for me quickly and with no fuss. I have also used the online support which was also excellent. The product itself I have never had a problem logging on and I have used it in Asia as well as the Middle East. I will continue to use this VPN.

Have been a PIA user for almost 2 years. Happy with the product running on OSX, Windows and Android devices. PIA reliability, performance and pricing are good. PIA support staff quickly and efficiently resolve inquiries or issues. PIA has recently suffered from GeoIP issues, with some sites (such as BBC iPlayer, Netflix) filtering and rejecting PIA IP addresses. Unfortunately IP address filtering has become a pointless but ever escalating arms-race between website- and VPN- providers. Unfortunately, website providers do not understand that IP filtering forces their users to abandon them for their competitors websites. IP filtering is doomed to failure, inevitably costing foolhardy website providers both income and customers.

I first started using PIA's service at the beginning of 2013 and have been using it 24×7 ever since. My home router is configured to always connect to their server and route all traffic through there. In the three years of using their service, there were no cases of interruption more than a couple of minutes long. And even in these cases it wasn't clear that PIA is at fault and not my local Internet provider, so I suppose that at least half of these were my provider's glitches. Speed is not always great (rarely more than 5 Mbit/s), but again it's not clear that it is PIA's problem and not my router's. What matters most for me in that kind of service is security, and the next thing is reliability. PIA excels in both those areas, so it's five stars from me.

Après un an, j'ai renouvelé mon abonnement, c'est dire que je suis satisfait du service. Toutefois, la grande majorité des serveurs offrent une vitesse trop réduite (surtout en upload) : je ne suis souvent qu'à 60% - et parfois moins - des possibilités de ma connexion ; seuls 3 ou 4 sont corrects (80 à 95% de ma vitesse de connexion sans VPN). Il faut le savoir. Depuis tout récemment, je ne peux plus accéder aux services "Replay" des TV publiques (malgré serveur France) : on me localise aux US bien que domicilié en France... Mais là, PIA n'y est peut-être pour rien...

I'm impressed by the service, very impressed by the bandwidth, altogether very good product. The only issue is that the software has some issues with certain IP addresses which prevents the kill switch from working. Also sometimes after disconnecting you can't reconnect until you restart the app. The other 99% of the time it works like a charm
