Works really great, and has a very user friendly and easy interface. Sometimes it takes time tot connect, but it always does. Worth the money if you want to brosse privately.
Werkt prima en goede heldesk-chat. Alleen janmer dat ik als KPN klant telkens moet disconnecten wanneer ik een mail wil versturen. Daar had ik liever van te voren over geinformeerd willen worden. Meerdere providers geven dit probleem. Dat moet bij PIA bekend zijn!!!
I've been a user for a number of years. My use case for using PIA is minimal, so I don't always have it running, but when I do, it seems to work as advertised. I've never had to contact support. I would have thrown in an extra star if the UI was put together a bit nicer, but that's mostly because I'm in that field, so I'm slightly opinionated. PIA has shown its staying power, making it a price-effective, reliable, and serious choice in this product category.
Easy to install and setup. Very convenient to use. Unbeatable price. Great that can use simultaneously on several devices. Will recommend to all friends!
PIA has consistently been a reliable VPN. However, with the recent efforts of Netflix and other content providers blocking VPNs it has not held up to the standards I expect from their history. PIA needs to make a concerted effort to develop and implement the technology to allow Netflix and Hulu to stream unimpeded. If PIA can accomplish this, they will get my five star rating. Fast & easy setup, works like a charm!
I have been using this service for three year now. It has the stamp of approval of Lifehacker.com. This means that it was tested and constantly reviewed. Lifehacker will change recommendations upon materially important changes. It works flawlessly and the odd time there is an issue, service customer rep is available to answer quickly. If checking settings, they will also guide you in the right direction and make sure everything is working. All issues have been solved in less than five minutes.
I had zero to no problem with PIA until a few months ago. Almost every site is asking me to fill in captcha's. Its not big of a deal, but its becoming quite annoying as even google is wanting me to fill in their captcha.

I've been using PIA for several years now. I do not do any Torrenting, but I find the speeds I get are rather poor. This was not always the case, but it is consistently getting worse. I am lucky to get 50% of my speed and would say I average about 12-15% in general. Sure, you could comb through various scattered blog posts to find ways to optimize this, but why should I? There should be an explicit and constantly updated single guide that is immediately accessible to the customers right on their home page. But, this is my personal choice because I have better things to do with my time, and I accept this based on what I have to pay. What would I do if I find another company that provides better speeds without having to tweak to reach optimal speeds and comparable anonymity at a comparable price? I would jump ship in a heartbeat.
