PIA allows me to select URLs from all over the US and all over the world. It allows me to avoid a lot of unwanted advertising or hackers following me around the net. Selecting an out of country ISP allows access to sites not otherwise available. PIA is fast and has been very reliable. Thanks, folks and keep up the good work. BTW, how do I get you on my iPhone?

Their settings for a SOCKS proxy were a bit strange, and required an additional step. However the customer service was helpful.

PIA is a great product that certainly delivers what it promises. It is easy to use and works for both inexperienced users and power users who demand more direct control. I use it on three platforms, mobile, mac laptop, and desktop PC. The experience is definitely the most polished on the PC, with no problems. The Mac app will frequently disconnect itself or go into perpetual "connecting" status, however the Mac's native VPN support always works with the app. The mobile setup is quite easy as well with really great walkthroughs on the website for your device. All in all the best thing about PIA is the service. They have a comprehensive FAQ, and there customer service department works insanely fast to resolve any issues you may be having.
VPN by PIA is very reliable and stable. Speed is good. It's easy to install and operate. The helpdesk is very good. So a very deserved 4 * rating.
Never had any issues. Great Android app. Great server selection. Tons of encryption options. Choose your level of protection and automatic server selection based in latency and you're good to go.
