I like the service in general but I am running Windows 10 and I randomly (1 - 2 times per week) find the VPN disconnected. I select the option to connect automatically when I log in so not sure why it cant reconnect when its disconnected. I now have to check everytime I sit down to the machine to insure I am connected through the VPN before I do anything. I also wish I would have gotten an email prior to my billing cycle asking if I would like to select the 2 year cheaper option instead of just seeing they drafted my account for another year. Poor business practices on their part.

I've been using PIA for a couple of years now. The one feature that I cannot live without is the Android Client. Anytime I'm on public WiFi I can protect myself. As a note, you can also sideload the client to Android Tv to change your geographical location if needed!

I use Private Internet Access primarily on my iOS devices whilst abroad or on office/public wifi to bypass network traffic management for social media and to secure my data from prying eyes. The desktop application is excellent but the iOS app really is outstanding - with little technical knowledge I can connect to anywhere in the world with ease. The range of servers is excellent, particularly two UK servers, I've never had an issue getting on one of the two UK networks. As for privacy, I don't know, however connection speeds are much much faster with VPN on office wifi than without (I assume it's bypassing some network traffic management policy). A worthy investment just for faster internet on social media.

Easy and effective to use both on pc and smartphone. Also they do a lot to keep us customers informed. And then there is a great forum with lot of tips ect.
