When you need this type of service, you want to be confident that you've made the right decision. You also want to be confident that your Internet browsing is secure... And you want the performance to be stellar. If you want all that, you've come to the right place.
On the whole my two years with PIA have been pretty good with little or no issues. However in the last few months their software updates aren't as good as they could of been - for example i am on a Mac running El Capitan and without the warning the latest version of the client disables your firewall to connect to the server, you have to manually re-enable it and remember to do this each time you connect unless you run a task via automator. I didn't see any warning in the release notes but it has been confirmed as something that is a designed function of the client and isn't a bug. I am having to reconnect after 24 hours as i seem to lose the ability to surf the net without doing so. However having said all the above the speeds are decent and the pricing is excellent considering the efforts they go to to protect your privacy. I normally pay up for a year in advance and will be happy to renew as long as they work out the firewall and connection issues with OSX El Capitan.
The service is average But the tech support is rude and consist of yes no reply no solution offer. That's is the worse thing when calling in for assistance
the product works well with just one issue, random disconnects (loss of interface) in windows 10. The icon disappears but the vpn tunnel seems to be active.. real pain at times. Billing is another issue, you cant change the term of the billing period without cancelling and then re-ordering the produc. Wish they could straight that out,
Fast & reliable servers. I have recommended PIA to all of my friends and family and will continue to do so. Works well on any Operating System; Linux, Android, Mac, Windows, iOS, or whatever else you use, AND you are allowed to use 5 of your devices on 1 account. What's not to like?
I've been using PIA for the past 2 years, this product works really well, customer service is great and price is the best around. Would highly recommend!
I think overall it works well. When I use it on my iPad it occasionally will disconnect quite often, which could be the fault of my apple product. Other than that-works great!
This is honestly the best VPN service available to the market right now. It's super lightweight, but yet still very robust. The company also takes great pride in its privacy from both 3rd parties and governments.
