This service was absolutely amazing when I signed up. But over the past six months, download speeds have declined significantly and are now unacceptable. Furthermore, browsing speeds have declined significantly to the point where I won't use the VPN unless I am torrenting. One thing i will say, is that customer service is amazing. They just haven't been able to fix the issues.
PIA makes their customers safer online, and guards their privacy. I've been a satisfied subscriber for several years. I've never had trouble connecting to their service, or slow speeds while connected. Auto-billing makes it pretty much automatic, and their provided setup works really well on Mac OS X with the Viscosity VPN client.
Has been reliable and easy to use. No issues, even when I forget my password and need a reset.
Easy to set up, easy to run, and does exactly what it says on the box. Doesn't throttle my starting download speed to death, and works consistently and reliably. Have and will continue to recommend PIA.
This has been an easy product to install and use. It really does work. No more irritating notices from internet providers. Thank you. Keep up the good work and great product/service.
They offer great customer service and respond to issues quickly.
Excellent VPN service. Cheap rate, great product.
I am new to using a VPN & tried before PIA, ExpressVPN & VYPRVN. PIA is extremely easy to use one can select the server region which is a great asset. The speed is very good and lots of supports and tutorials on the website for assistance. Works well on my iMac, price of $3.33/months is well worth it and the customer service online chat is speedy and the reps are well informed.
PIA has been the best single piece of software I've bought to alleviate internet tracking of websites and content. It just works and is super easy without the hassle of having to run your own proxy server. I would recommend this to anyone who is wanting to mask their IP address.
The application they provide is very convenient and allows easy access to settings, should you want to tweak them. However it's not 100% reliable, and in some cases it builds a massive log file that eventually fills the disk. NOT cool, especially when you're using an SSD. The good news is PIA works flawlessly with the OpenVPN client, and they even give you all the details you need to set it up. The company itself and their network of servers are top notch. I've got OpenVPN working perfectly in Windows 8.1 and in FreeNAS. Speeds are great and so is the pricing (subscribe annually, and if you can wait for one of their sales, even better). Highly recommended.
