Use PIA for peer to peer and Netflix. PTP is sub par as connectivity issues are pretty much constant. Now refusing to roll out a fix for Netflix... Time to source a new VPN

PIA came to me highly recommended and I can't say I disagree. I've been using the service for a few years now, and I don't know what I'd do without it. If you aren't using a VPN, you should be. If your VPN keeps traffic logs, they shouldn't. Switch to PIA

I've been very happy with this service for the last couple years, and use it periodically on both laptops and my iPhone. However, I'm disappointed by the recent lack of action in response to services like Netflix trying to block VPNs. Other services like torguard seem to be more proactive in protecting the interests of their subscribers. What happens over the next month or so will influence whether I resubscribe or change providers.

I had trouble initially with setting up the PIA, understanding what I needed to do what the configurations were and how to make it work. Might have partly been ignorance or me being slow but could use better startup assistance and walkthroughs. The reason I give this 5 stars and not 4 though is because since I got it started and working as I wanted I have not had a single issue, nor do I even notice it's there usually. Which is the highest possible praise I could give to this type of service.

Installed it without any problems and the icon is there but I just can't get it to work. Will be cancelling. Used the chat and had a long string of instructions that were supposed to be emailed as well but the instructions never arrived, although all other correspondence has been coming through.

Ever since I started using them about 4 years ago, they have kept getting better. Every year I find that they are adding more connection points, and also, I do notice that the connection speed is also getting faster. I have had no problems with them and I recommend everyone to use them.

I've had PIA for a couple of years and have used it consistently with no problems. It's always been fast, and has reliable connections. I've gotten many in my family and some friends all to start using it for their daily activities online.
