I use it to test my websites and apps from different parts of the world. It's standards-based VPN so it should work in any modern OS without the need of additional software (so far I've tested it in OSX, Linux, Windows, iOS and Android). I wish they'd have more zones, though (Spain, Portugal and LATAM countries, specifically).

Netflix's crackdown on VPNs has made the service worth a lot less for me, so I am unsure if I will renew the subscription. On PIA's side though, the service has been great (apart from the slowness in responding to Netflix's new policy) and I have been a happy customer for the last two years.

I did my due diligence in picking a vpn before I went with Private Internet Access. I love the anonymity and haven't had any problems with connections to whichever server I wanted. Only wish it had a trial period but for the price it was a clear decision.
