I have been using PIA for 2 years and like a lot. I've never had a dropped connection, I often get close to non-VPN speeds, and the price can't be beat.

PIA is great. It's very reliable, and in this day and age of privacy concerns, it's a no-brainer. Very affordable too. As a Canadian, it's also excellent to use PIA to connect to American content.

I've been using PIA for a little more than a year. Download speeds are consistently fast and it is easy to connect to the service. I can't think of a negative thing to say about he service. I use it both in the US and while travelling abroad and have never had an issue.

I've been using PIA for over two years now and rarely experienced any issues. I use it across multiple devices and platforms. All of their apps have worked with no issue including the PC desktop client, android and IOS apps. Service can have what seems to be bandwidth issues at some times but it's hard to tell if that's actually a problem PIA. Many times I can have a couple of HD streams running plus regular browsing without a problem. Overall it's a great value for the price and what they offer.

When I started using PIA 2 years ago I used to get good download speeds, not as high as my normal 7-8mb/s but acceptable. Now in recent months I have been extremely lucky if I manage to find a server that lets me download at 1mb/s. Usually I get around 100kb/s, which is useless. This is not the year 2000. As it is now, I would not recommend it unless you don't mind dial-up speeds.

I researched VPNs and thought that Privateinternetaccess would best fit my needs. I am a new customer but I had to contact their customer service. Help was prompt and actually assisted me in clearing up another issue as well. Thank you.
