What can I say? This service just works, and I don't think about it much. Which is exactly what I look for in a security service. Nothing fancy. Nothing tricky. Just rock stable. I guess there is some limit to the bandwidth available, but I've never noticed any slowdown due to Private Internet Access, not matter where I connect around the world.

This provider is very well priced and provides a great value for the cost. At 40 a year you really can't go wrong if you want a VPN service for any needs. With servers everywhere it does a fantastic job of always connecting good and fast. I only wish they would come out with an Ununtu server client to keep the VPN up. Sometimes it will drop and I have to manually log in to get it restarted. All in all I'm going to renew for another year!

Connection to PIA (but not to ISP) sometimes drops out without notice, so I'm left unaware that my connection is not secure. Also, if for any reason I am disconnected (or deliberately disconnect) from PIA, it's almost impossible to connect again via the menu bar. To be able to connect again, I have to restart. System: MacBook Air (13-inch early 2014) running El Capitan.

Reliable VPN service for a competitive prices. Easy to install and use on Windows, iOS, and Android. What's preventing me from giving this 5 stars is that it is blacklisted from some servers (e.g., ABC, Hulu) where as other VPN services I've tried are not. Alternatively, if they would offer a SmartDNS service to mitigate this issue, then they could very well earn a 5 star rating for me.

Bonjour, je suis client depuis plus d'un an. aucun soucis depuis. J'ai eu quelques difficultés avec mes emails mais le support a été très efficace pour m'aider. au début, j'utilisais le client PIA mais pour des raisons obscurs, sous windows 7, le client restait en rouge au démarrage. Depuis j'utilise la connexion L2TP native de mes OS (Windows 7 et 10, mac os et linux). Merci

Very happy with PIA VPN services. Very simple to use and heaps of locations to choose from. Using on 4 devices and no issues at all and great speeds. Been using for over 12 months and not likely to move elsewhere anytime soon. Definitely recommend to anyone hunting for a great VPN service.

Pretty good I guess. Never had a problem with it. I don't use it to torrent or anything, but if I DID, I would have never received a single ISP warning letter. That's right, not a single one. But I didn't do that. Because it's wrong. And you shouldn't either. But if you DID, you definitely wouldn't get caught if you used this VPN. But don't do that. But it would work.

On second year with PIA VPN. The service for the price has been great. Great selection of locations and speeds have been great also. Have PIA installed on 2 pc's, Samsung Galaxy S5 and an iPad.
