PIA is a great VPN provider, they simply provide the high quality and professional service that every demanding user would expect! This is my second year of membership, after the 1st year I extended my membership without doubt. The price for a yearly subscription comes out to about 3 dollars a month. The service is great as well, you can live chat with an employee of the desired department in less than a minute. There is also the possibility to ask your question through e-mail, if that's what you prefer. Either way the employees are customer friendly and always willing to help.
When you use this service you can NOT watch Netflix. For the rest I would say it's a good and easy to use VPN service. But but as my only motive for buying this service was to watch Netflix I am disappointed.
My girlfriend and I have been using PIA for a year now and it's been pretty cool. I haven't had any problems aside from some slow days or smaller time periods but I can always find another server.

I have been using PIA for about 4 years now and I couldn't be happier. Regardless of the machine I am on, tablet, laptop, or desktop, or even cellphone, PIA works flawlessly, even using various distros of Linux it works great with a little patience in getting the Linux varieties set up properly. (Ubuntu works easy, Arch is a bit more work :P ) I can and DO reccomend PIA VPN to all my clients, friends and family trusting that they will get outstanding protection and service for the very very reasonble yearly subscription.
I've never had my connection dropout, but I'm happy that the correct safeguards are in place if this happens. The speeds are also great, nothing to complain about there. I'd recommend PIA to anyone that asked.
I've used PIA for just over a year now. The only problems I've had are the occasional slow-down (thought not drastic by any means & often caused by MY carrier) and the hassle I go through to use the BBC iPlayer (I'm in the US). I CAN use it but I've had to figure out the hoops to jump through, with the help of the PIA online customer service person, to do so. It takes a bit to become accustomed to the protocol, but if you really want to use the iPlayer...you can. (I'm not sure why others have said they can not use it.)
I haven't had the harassment problems I had in the past since I signed up with you guys. I recommended you to ALL of my friends.
I have used 8 different VPN services the past 6 years and one and all had some serious issues that made my experience a nightmare. Finally I gave PIA a shot about a year and a half ago and I couldn't be happier! The speeds are above average. The security is superior, and the price is exceptional. The user interface is not flashy but it is simple and easy to understand. PIA does not try to up sell you on other services like some of the VPN services that are around right now. They are all about service to their customers and I can say on that count PIA is the best I've dealt with. I will tell you to sign up and enjoy a great product with equally great support. I'll never go back.
I have used this service for a year now and just renewed for another with 4 others on my account. Overall we have had only a few issues... me beta testing mac os. But that was quickly resolved in their next release. The price is good and the service is getting better... used to not be able to get Hulu in Australia... I can now. The price is right and easy to use on mac, pc and iPhone/iPad. Give it a go!!! Cheers
