Flawlessly easy to install and use. My only unaddressed need is for a static or unique IP so I can stream Hulu and Netflix while still behind the VPN. Otherwise, flawless.

They only thing that I don't like is that it keep asking me to reinstall TAB driver almost everytime I create a connection. Other than that its very good.

I've tried out 3 VPN services for 1 month each & PIA is the best so far so I'll be sticking with them. They have the best price & setup is a breeze. I tested my speed at speedtest.net before connecting to their VPN & after & I was very impressed to see that there was no loss of speed. They are the only one I can say that about. I also checked to see if there was any DNS leaking of my IP address & that came up secure. Their PIA software has an option to prevent this if it is happening which is a great feature. I would highly recommend them to anyone out there looking for a "fast" & secure internet connection.

I initially had problems signing up with PIA, but that was because my CC auto declined the transaction. With help from the PIA customer service, I was able to sign up and have been using PIA when ever I travel without any issues!
