As an expat living in SEAsia I have been searching for the right VPN for months and have trialled more than a few. I need to access content in my home country but also explore elsewhere. It's only been a few days but very happy so far and the price is right.. I can't fool Netflix or the BBC but other factors might be at play. I can view the two main sources I was seeking so happy about that. Have already recommended to friends.

It just works, and works very reliably. With IT services / products, too often we are forced to think about them or be aware of them because of problems they're encountering. But PIA just seems to work, so I never even have to think about it.
Each and everytime i have 1 or more issues using this vpn.Whether it be slow speed or no connection at all to even making my router crash.It's always a gamble activating pia.I've been using it for 6 months now and with 2 different internet providers and the troubles only got bigger.So for me it's absolutely not acceptable.Time for another vpn.
The VPN service is phenomenal; it's easy to use and I have it on all of my devices. Customer service has always been very prompt and reliable. I had a few issues with setting up PIA on my Linux system, and with a phone call, a service rep at PIA helped me get it set up properly. My first year of using PIA, expired 2 days ago. Friends of mine had recommended some other services I should try - but with the price and quality, I have renewed my account and even converted a friend to using it! Thanks PIA, keep up the excellent work and service!
I have been using PIA for over 2 years now. Rarely if ever had problems with speed. Customer service is prompt and excellent. Highly recommend.

I had never used a VPN service before this month and this is my second and I'm currently, very hopeful, last provider. The service I originally signed up on was less efficient than PIA in changing server locations, and it refused to accept ANY p2p activity. Now frankly I don't use torrents and some might consider them problematic, but THAT'S not for my VPN provider to arbitrarily decide. He is providing a service not exercising moral discernment unless properly instructed to do so by the correct authorities. PIA's policy in this regard is exemplary and combined with a first rate service at a fair price, it makes the package just about unbeatable .
