On veut un VPN, c'est un VPN. Pas trop cher, et qui fonctionne. Pas de différence notable de vitesse. Une étoile en moins pour les nombreux captchas auxquels j'ai maintenant droit en surfant. Les IPs doivent être un peu pourries.

I use this every day for the past 2 years, I can count only 3-5 times when it's been slow. Which is easily fixed by sending a slow complaint and just switching to a different location. Maxes out my home connection and sometimes I accidentally leave it on and play video games and it doesn't affect my ping by more than 5ms

Although I've only been using PIA for a few weeks now, it seems to be an excellent service. My support ticket on live chat was expedient, efficient and pleasant, the service works with the same ease, and it does everything I could ask for from a VPN service for a nominal price.

I bought it, well they charged me but I can't do anything. I never received a receipt email. I never received any email, I contacted live support which he tried to help by sending me several more emails but did not get any of those and he verified the email address was correct. I cant even use their ticket submission for a refund because their captcha is just a photo loading error icon.

The experience with PIA has been great. The speed on the VPN connection is really decent, and I experiente almost no lag whatsoever. The connection is also really stable and fast. The only thing missing from the service would be the ability to get an individual IP address, which they do not offer. But still, service/price looking really good!

I've been subscribing month by month and it's been great so far.I've had no problems with the service and would recommended it to anyone that wishes to have privacy online.My only minor complain is that it auto renews, last month it did that and I didnt have enough in the bank so I had to run to the bank to deposit the money that was overdrawn.
