Have used the service for several years and appreciate the quality of the product and the service when needed. I say when needed because once you have the VPN installed you need do little else. I appreciate that you can add the product to cell phones, ipads in addition to computers. The friendly PIA icon displays green when active so you can readily see what is going on. You can modify settings for location, etc.

Only been using for a few days, but seems to be fast and reliable. Speeds are really great for torrents. Super fast. Software was easy to install and easy to use. I don't think you'll find a better VPN at this price. I highly recommend.

Only been using it for a week but absolutely no issues. I sometimes forget its on and can't understand why i keep getting German speaking advertisements on YouTube, then i realize I've been assigned a German IP.

I've been with PIA for over 6 months now and have had no issues with my Xubuntu operating system using it. Easy easy easy, love love love it! Keep up the good work, and for anyone reading this - just buy it, you won't get better privacy for the cost.

I havent had any issue with PIA since I first signed up with them three years ago. The speeds have been great, I really like the option of blocking access if the VPN somehow disconnects.

I bought a month's subscription to test the service. So far I am very pleased with it. Overall the speed is great sometimes better than when not using the VPN. DNS is secure and without leaks. Once set up, it is better than browser add-ons and just as easy to use. You must review the list of countries where they have servers as there are some major European countries they do not have a presence in yet. Maybe not the cheapest but I recommend this service. Debian based Linux users will find what they need for setting up OpenVPN if they search for "openvpn-step-by-step-setups-for-various-debian-based-linux-oss-with-videos-ubuntu-mint-debian".

Simply put after three hassle free years I've had no problems with online banking, shopping or the sharing of files using Private Internet Access along with safe surfing and proper maintenance and timely operating system and program updates. The freedom of not being watched and privacy is great. Encryption is necessary in this Wild West time of hackers everywhere and a properly configured VPN is necessary and I'm having no problems with PIA and if they keep the low annual prices I've no reason to switch.

Speed varies by server - for me California slow and us east reasonably fast So far only one disconnect With previous VPN required a repair every 2 hours on average

A service that everyone needs to maintain internet privacy, no server logging (seriously, what other company does that these days), a wide variety of servers located all across the globe to choose from, super easy to use, very fast and stable and all for the low, low price of $40 a year. I mean really, that's a little over 3 dollars a month or 10 cents a day!!! You'd have to be crazy not to have this protection at that price. I've used PIA every day for the 4+ years and I wouldn't be without it. People, if you value your privacy on the internet, jump on this train now!!!

Live support has been good to communicate with but VPN is strangling to my speed. on average I loose 33 Mbps when I connect to anywhere outside my own country! When the total line speed of my connection is 35 Mbps before PIA vpn connection, being actually connected drops me to really only browsing and music streaming capabilities. All in all very disappointed, this vpn has the features to be great but needs the speed issues fixed promptly! Adam ?
