This is my second year with PIA. Seamless, great knowledgeable support. Very easy to install and use - I have VPN on three devices including a clunky 6 year old Vista OS lap top. Minimal speed degrade, great selection of servers. Suggest use in conjunction with DNS Leak tester and WebRTC tester/add on. Thanks guys. Highly recommended!

I really appreciate the security. The only improvements I would make are obvious messages from the Android client when your account is about to expire, when it has expired, and even more a clear path to keeping the same account ID when you renew. Memorizing a new ID every time is a pain.

Only a slight issue with speed at times but then I have a fast connection at home (100-150Mb) but that hasn't stopped me from renewing and with the phone app, which is arguably more important when out using public wifi, it's even better value.

I have tried one or two similar services in the past but I have to say these guys trump the lot. Easy to install and setup software but more importantly, when I encountered a problem it was dealt with swiftly and thoroughly. I recommend PIA without reservation!

One of the reasons I chose PIA is that they didn't demand I have a credit card linked to my PayPal account like some other providers. I was able to use my bank account through PayPal, which was better for me. They also provide customised setup files tailored to your user ID and password which make it much easier to get started. They have a large range of VPN access points so I can change according to my needs. Overall, I think they are an excellent company offering a great product. Highly recommended.

So far nothing but good things to say. Tried another vpn first, it would not install and I had to get a refund. This installed in about five minutes and I was up and running.
