The customer service is awful. I paid through PayPal so the user name and password was automatically sent to an email address I was locked out of. I messaged customer service about it, they got back to me a day and a half later pretty much saying there was nothing they could do for me. All I needed was the email address changed. I emailed them back sending and abundance of information and never heard back. I finally had to jump through hoops to gain access to an email account that I hadn't had access to in over a year. The service itself is fine, just hope you don't need any customer service. I'm glad I only got 1 year and not 2.

Great service when foreign traveling. Secure when using unknown WiFi sources and can make it look like you are still in the states for your newspaper online and other services.
