DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! the service may not be compatible. If it is then thats great however if you ever need to cancel or need help with your subscription the customer service is DIRE. Also to make clear that if you pay with Amazon Pay they will NOT help you and you are NOT protected. The company outlines that when you cancel it will keep your details for the renewal of your subscription the following year. I paid via Amazon pay and the company has now stated that it has no acknowledgement of my order however they have taken my money? There are good reviews and if it works then great BUT if you have any disputes or issues you get lazy responses as per below and no offering of any customer service just a bog standard as per the below. Save your money - don't sign up!

Can't really beat the price, £22py for a cracking VPN, never had a random disconnect and I'm running my connection 24/7. Why pay almost triple for other services that won't beat these guys.

Since I paid for this service and then learned that it won't work on my computer despite what the website says, and since I have asked twice now for my money back and have not received it nor even a reply, I would say I am unimpressed with the customer service. I cannot speak to the product itself.

I was sceptical about this service as it was already pre-installed on my android box, but upon registering, I received my login credentials straight away and they worked! I've since put PIA on my Mac and iPhone too. It works well, except the iPhone SW sometimes blocks connections as it's trying to re-establish from 4G to Wi-Fi. I think it's more to do with IOS than PIA. Overall I'm pleased and it's a reasonable rate. I am going to stop my Avast VPN service. Thanks PIA!
