Easy to set up, easy to use, no noticeable loss in speed.
Terrible communication you are abandoned on your own I am not tech savvy bought what I thought was a month to month charge but got billed 40 dollars for a while year I spent 2 hours on line and I still don't know if I have protection on my Android phone . They are in London and if you are in USA as you have no way to call them the help ticket directs you back to their app on Google play which I can't find . Do not waste your money on this !!. They leave you take your money and you have zero communication .
Tried and trued, works great. Very reasonable speeds, barely notice any difference in speed compared to VPN being off.
Easy to use and fast response from customer service regarding an issue with billing (wholly my fault but resolved none the less) Will be a customer for a long time
They don't respond to their HELP site and now after I have requested cancellation and refund they have the gall to ask for a review. What are these guys smoking? Still awaiting refund.
Had this for 3years never a problem
I signed for 7 day free trial and they billed me TWICE for an entire years service. They have no contact number and refuse to answer emails, Facebook messages. This company is VERY SHADY!!!
The set up was very easy, but the service does not stay connect in my location. I checked “connect automatically” but it doesn’t stay connected.
I just renewed for my fourth year. Over the past 3 years, I've been perfectly satisfied. I use PIA because I'm out of the country a lot, which screws up Google and many websites, if they work at all. My bank makes me notify them like they're my mommy or I can't log in to their Web banking. This way, I have a consistent Internet presence near my home in Florida, so I don't need to tell anyone where I am or when I'll be back. My only issue or complaint is that, because sometimes less reputable users have abused the PIA service, there are websites that block the IP address (ex: autotrader.com). You can notify PIA when that happens, but I never have. I just don't care. There's enough competition on the Web, I just go elsewhere. I've considered testing other services, but have been happy enough with PIA that I lack the motivation to actually do it.
It's easy to use and the interface is pretty simple. However, Netflix doesnt work with PIA and that's a big problem. After trying it for a week, I am not going to remain a customer because of this. If Netflix were supported, I would be a customer.
