I'm seeing such good performance that I forget I'm on a VPN. The Mac setting-up was easy, and I appreciate how attentive they've been. From start to finish, including payment, my VPN was running in less than 10 minutes. I've not yet had cause to contact their support people, but it's nice they email you a couple times after enrolling to ensure everything is going fine. I've used PIA in the past and I've not experienced any issues with their services. When I once again needed a VPN service, I didn't hesitate to sign-up again with them.

Whilst no service can claim to be perfect, for my needs, PIA is about as close to it as I'm going to get. If you're looking at using a VPN to bypass geolocking on services like Hulu, Netflix and the BBC iPlayer then unfortunately, PIA isn't for you - but you'd likely be better off using a Smart DNS service anyway. What you DO get is a fantastic selection of servers located around the world, a stable and fast connection, lightweight desktop client, the ability to use a "kill switch" to disable your connection if the VPN drops, and a whole lot more. I haven't noticed any speed drops or issues in all the time I've been using it; in fact, running a speed test before connecting and whilst connected shows the same results. Gaming, video streaming and file transfers all work transparently without any issues. Wholeheartedly recommended.

I've been using PIA for over a year now and their service is rock solid. No downtimes and speeds are great. Must have if you want privacy.

I ordered PIA using their Black Friday offer, upon payment i received access to the services instantly and within a minute i was up and running. It's also a great feature that PIA has this feature called MACE that blocks ads, trackers and malware.

For my second experience at VPN World the PIA is fast, reliable connection, Good support 24/7, simple UI etc. in best price. One of my setup except Windows is DD-WRT Netgear router and PIA give me all of the properties for perfect connection Thank you PIA John Christakis from Greece under crisis

New User, great customer support Early days but my impression is download speeds could be better. I tried to open a ticket on customer support but could not get past the captcha window, pictures too small and poor quality. needs to be simplified.
