The best vpn i've dealt with and i tried quiet a few and this was by far the best tech support could be a little slow in response but they do not leave you until your issue is solved
Private internet access is a fantastic company that doesn't sell its dignity to big corporations (unlike other shoddy services). Hands down, best performance and trust.
I was able to use the VPN to send safe correspondence for my clients. Now I have a secure internet presence and am able to trust that my information is safer.
Could not get "Protected." Email assistance was rapid but did not answer the questions/request. If there had been a phone connection available I believe the problem would have been corrected but, again there was no phone service available. Very frustrating!
Overall, its a great VPN service. Support responds within an hour (I have contacted their support 4 times). The only real downside is that I cannot get the VPN to work on an Arch based Linux distribution. (not that they advertise their support it). But otherwise it works great on my Android phone and my windows workstation.

Though the price is higher than other VPNs, it has been easy to set-up and use and effective. Speeds are high, connectivity is perfect, and I have not run into problems with torrenting yet.
