PIA on my Win10 system works great. Easy to install and set up, and the price is exceptionally reasonable. Currently, only using for secure torrenting, but looking at also doing it for web-browsing. Only issue is being able to find help on configurations and options--this could be designed a little better.
The folks who make PIA seem to want to please the customer. Very responsive and personable from Day 1. That said, so far I have not needed customer services. I successfully loaded onto Windows 7 and tested as far as my amateur abilities would allow. I then switched over to a Ubuntu system, which is more of a media server and makes better use of the product. Again, loaded and tested without issue. It's only been a few days, but it appears to do exactly what it's supposed to, i.e. keep my internet connection private. I purchased a year of service and I think it's well worth the price for the peace of mind I'm getting.
I can't even tell it's running, and that's the best part.
Pretty great except for the lack of workaround for Netflix geoblocking. Apart from that major factor, it works seamlessly!
Simple UI with no issues so far. It's cheap for P2P and no logs.

Good. I had to fiddle just a bit to get iOS install working, but otherwise quote snot.
So far reliable and fast. Very easy setup, even on Slackware Linux which I expected to require a bit of work!
Has worked maybe twice in the 2 months that I've used it. No matter which server I choose, it always says no internet connection.
I've used PIA several times. I end up cancelling the service cause I use it just for a few things every few months. I used the app on my cell phone recently too, and it worked like a charm. And it can't get any easier to use. Let alone the desktop application for PC, which is VERY easy to use too and very intuitive... And well. It worked as expected for sure. The speed was great, and the service never got interrupted. Every time I want to have a VPN for something specific I need, I never look elsewhere. I always come back to PIA. Always.
