Having tested other VPN paid services with similar "fast" "reliable" claims, Private Internet Access VPN service did prove consistently it was fast. In my testing as a IT Professional, I used a desktop wired computer to 1Gig UP & DOWN ISP speed. Speed tests WITHOUT VPN service typically reach 800 or higher. WITH VPN service the speed is reduced and expected but still could achieve 400 to 600 speed result. Overall, it was easy to install and get going out-of-the-box. I have not yet tested Technical support responsiveness to any issues. Previous VPN service was poor.

Amazing service. Fast speeds and close servers max my 360 connection. Torrenting is perfect because a few servers allow port forwarding to allow you to receive incoming connections to properly seed. The windows and android apps install very quickly. The user interface is well laid out, easy on the eyes and very customizable. Connection happens within 5 to 10 seconds. IP and port if supported are displayed on app main screen so you always know if you're connected and what to. This is my third company I've been with. I've tried purevpn, slow speeds and connection cuts out on occasion. I was with express VPN for a month, fast speeds but they're too expensive and don't offer nearly as much for your buck as PIA. So far you guys are impenetrable. Keep up the excellent job.

Note: I've never got past the free trial period for this product. So why didn't I end up becoming a full time subscriber? Honestly I could never get the client to work on Windows. With 2/3 installations, several fixes, and different servers, every time something leaked. Whether my IP wasn't protected, or there was a DNS leak, or something else, something kept going wrong. Then on Linux I encountered other issues, with only Android actually working as intended. On Android I found the service to be quite nice, and offering a decent speed. Though at the price point, I'd expect a better, more reliable service. As a result they didn't get another user, and quickly bounced off to other VPNs which I've had no issues with. I tried to work with support, they sometimes helped, but then something else went wrong. In the end I just told them I wanted to leave, and the person I spoke to seemed to understand as they were helping me through some issues earlier that day. I can't fault their support, it's just the service itself I had issues with.

Best part of PIA, it just works! I don't have to tweak the world or beg for help because it was easy to install. I was done in ten minutes installing on two computers and two cell phones.

I was a bit skeptical about this VPN because I used to use one before and wasn't impressed (unlimited vpn). I do like its simplicity and minimal design, no frills UI. The price was quite affordable and it seemed to work rather fast and not sluggish at all. Also I could add all my devices without a hitch so that's a nice touch, keep it up.
