I tested a lot of VPNs, often (even very often) the quality of the servers was zero, very long to connect to the VPN and to Internet sites, the ping was high and I had a very poor speed. Since I moved to Private_Internet_Access, everything has become fluid. The ping is good, the speed too, the speed of connection to the VPN as well as to Internet sites are instantaneous. In short I think I will stay on this VPN for a long time. I recommend this VPN if you want to take one.
I've used other VPNs and this is by far the best one if you are looking for low ping server. No need to relog when you launch your computer. Just launch PIA and click on a server.
Its okay, can't use it for Netflix but still works for downloads and network restrictions for gaming. I would love to watch Canada Netflix or UK Netflix but Netflix picks up on the service and refuses to display the content. Weird flex but ok.
Maybe good for most countries, but definitely not good for China. It just cannot cope with the Great Firewall of China. Difficult to connect to any server and slow performance in China. After having tried about 10 VPN services in China there is only ONE that really works well in China: Astrill VPN.
Seems to work okay--but no luck trying to contact for support. You have to log a "Ticket" which asks you a bunch of techie type questions "Dispo", routers or other things, etc. etc. and kicks it back if you can't answer all of them. There's no number or direct email to get a human, and I wasn't able to get a digital chat going since no reps available. What is interesting is that I got a response from their Marketing Director when went that route--but he said he couldn't help me and told me to "log a ticket". Seems to work okay for now, but worried if I do have a problem and can't find the answer after wading thru FAQ's and filling out "Tickets". But guess not everyone is Zappos...
I use it already 2 years without problems in Europe and Switserland
Excellent VPN, I wish it had more locations in South America but overall is very good. It also works with Linux operating systems.
Easy to set up and use. Just one issue - the sports streaming service Optus Sport seems to detect that traffic is going via the VPN and tells me that "your region is not supported" despite the fact that I am going through a PIA server within Australia. Not a huge deal, but just something I would like to understand.
This is my first time purchasing a VPN. PIA provides any easy to use VPN that gives me the confidence to use the internet without the worry of prying eyes obtaining my private information. The pricing seems reasonable as well.
Support are fast and quick at resolving issues, servers are fast and work even on blocked networks, best vpn id recommend
