Honestly, This is my 4th day using it, and after a few glitches to get started, now things are falling into place... Indeed the staff were quick to respond and offer pertinent help. Finally, I managed to resolved all my problems. So obviously I will need more time to appreciate all that PIA is capable of doing. For now, I have noticed that PIA is very fast, compared to others tried in the past, and this is awesome and this is a major "thumbs up to the whole team at PIA!!! ;-)". I am convinced that eventually, the PIA team would have resolve my problem one way or another, so again, "thumbs up to all!!!". The troubles I ran into, were, the fact that my AV, in my case "Avast" was considering PIA as a "potential threat", for they kept on bugging me to get their own VPN, but, I did not like their insistence and their deals. I like to try and see for awhile before I commit to buy... To give people a chance to check it out for a month for a small fee, makes sense to me, that is why I went for your deal, and will evaluate. I did not noticed however, that your 1 monyh deal is a recuring one. I suggest, that you give us that choice. Don't worry, if I like it I will go for your yearly deal, but please, do not corner us with trickery... (if you know what I mean!!!). So far, I believe, that PIA will be a great addition to my protection arsenal. I still have a month to go. Thank you again :-). Frank.

Some teething problems on the Laptop running Windows 10, but the Android app seems to be working quite nicely. Was having some problems getting it to start and connect on the laptop, but their help desk got me the process for cleaning everything up and after one false start I went back and deleted old install files and then did an install. It seems to be working OK now. Was really wanting it for when on the road with unsecure wireless networks, and the VPN should be a great help with that.

I had no problem installing PRIVATE INTERNET ACCESS on my mobile devices but am still unable to download PRIVATE INTERNET ACCESS to my computer. I had gotten an answer from customer support which had instructions that were as clear as mud to me. I have responded to their instructions with more question and am hoping they will include screenshots with some clarified answers. I know that there has been a deluge on customers signing up with PRIVATE INTERNET ACCESS so I expect a delay before i get a second response. Meanwhile I have no protection on my computer while I wait.

I'm in my 70's; not a real techy guy although I try to be. Just too many confusing parts to the tech business for me. I was very reticent to sign-up for a VPN service although I really wanted to. I was afraid to start the process and get hung-up along the way or elements of my internet service would not work as I tried to get the service working and I would get frustrated only to stop and quit. Very much to my surprise, none of that happened. Just like the instructions say ~ it's easy to install; takes only a few minutes and you are literally up and running with no hitches. That was my experience and I am so glad I followed thru. I feel much safer, secure, and really happy. I initially signed up for one month's of service to 'test it out'. After three days of use, I 'upgraded' for the year. I have my wife's laptop, and two others in the house all on the service and all is working great. You should do the same! No reservations!
