This companies idea of service is a JOKE. They say 4 hour response! I waited more that 24 hours for an automated email that was not relevant to my issue. I HIVE BEEN WAITING 84 HOURS AND i STILL DO NOT HAVE THE SERVICE i HAVE PAID FOR.. i HAVE ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK, AND AGAIN NO RESPONSE.
i find your support service appalling. I cant not access the service and i have sent 5 message without the correct response. Why you send this type of message to me when I need support shows the basic issue with your company. I have asked for help with out the PROPER RESPONSE. Do not send me automatic emails with out a human contact. I want my money BACK

My main purpose for purchasing PIA was to access Irish TV (RTE Player) and UK TV (BBC IPlayer). While the product does work, there is a lot of buffering which makes watching shows a challenge.

I got PIA as it was great value for money compared to other VPN Providers. I have been using the service for around a week now and I am impressed with it. I have tested the VPN servers on two different connections, one on 38Mb Sky Fibre and one 150Mb Virgin. The server I mostly use is UK London. When running a speedtest on the Virgin Connection I am achieving around 138Mb download speed and 10Mb Upload. This is fantastic as it is only around a 10-15% drop in speed, which is expected on any VPN Service. On the Sky Fibre connection I consistently achieve 30Mb download speed, and 10Mb upload. One thing that sets PIA apart from the competition is the Android App. It is simple to use and provides a vast amount of extra features such as the kill switch which disconnects the internet connection if the VPN fails. This is a valuable feature as it prevents your identity being revealed if the VPN fails. Great service PIA, think I will get a years subscription as soon as possible :)
Easy to set up and speeds of service seem very good. No complaints after first week of use.
I received a prompt reply initially from Yugansh to address an issue with sending email & then, after I provided additional information, an equally prompt response with detailed instructions that when implemented resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. As a former Senior Executive with responsibilities in Customer & Technical Service among other things, I could not be more pleased with this level of professionalism & technical competence that unfortunately is increasingly rare in the world today.
