PIA blocks the outgoing mail on my Mac desktop and I submitted a ticket/inquiry about this several days ago, then a follow-up ticket, but still no response. Their ad says submit a ticket for "immediate response", which is obviously not the case. The PIA works reasonably well, but blocking our primary Mail client is a big problem and if they don't have a fix, we'll have to switch to another VPN.

Could not be any better! Great speeds for what I use it for. The slowest I have seen is like 80mps. Found instructions to turn a raspberry pi into a default gateway so all traffic on that subnet gets passed to it! love it!

This software sucks. Ive had issues that are listed on their tech support but they don't fix or respond to tech support ticket submissions. Waste your money somewhere else.

It didn't work, and they wouldn't reply to requests for technical support, by email or through their website. I tried to get my money back under the guarantee, and they won't respond to emails about that either. I tried using StrongVPN, and they responded immediately and thoroughly to a tech support request via online chat.

Works fine, apparently, on my MacBook Pro. I've sent two messages to tech support requesting help in sharing the program with my IPad and IPhone, with no response to either. Customer support is..NOT THERE!

I've been using PIA for almost a year now and their service has been flawless. I use their client on my android device and have implemented the service on my DD-WRT router to only tunnel certain devices. I use their proxy service in certain desktop programs for convenience. I recently tried their plugin for Chrome which seems to be another flawless implementation from PIA's side. I'm happy to say that I'll renew my subscription to a service that leaves me with nothing to wish for.

Bonjour, mis en service depuis quelques jours. Fonctionnement impeccable. Utilisé sur Windows 10 pro 64 bits, le service est un peu long à se lancer au démarrage de Windows. A voir à l'usage, mais pour le moment je dirai trés bon produit et peu cher :) Stéph
