I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. I purchased app 3 days ago.. I didn't work so I have contacted customer support many times and have not received a reply. I have also asked for a refund, again no reply. So my advice is to avoid at all costs as they are scamming your money bog time

After having installation issues on Windows, I contacted the company about the issue, but they never responded. I have even sent a message on Twitter, but no response from PIA. I have now requested a refund, it's now three days after I've signed up & paid US$6.99. Absolutely bad customer service from PIA!

After a an instant installation and week's use (with the Chrome plug-in) I see no problems at all. It seems to have no effect on my speed - I've tried with and without it running. I trust that it is doing something !

I had difficulty installing and using the system - perhaps my fault but I think the instructions are entirely inadequate. After three days there was no response to questions on the support system. Download speed was drastically impaired by up to 90%, making it useless for my purposes. I've had to write off the first year fee and will NOT be renewing.

Vond de keuze tussen de diverse VPN providers niet makkelijk, maar uiteindelijk gekozen voor PIA. De in gebruik name was heel simpel. Tot nu toe heel tevreden. Ook over de snelheid. Ik merk geen verschil met de situatie zonder VPN. NU

Funciona muy bien, durante​ la primer semana de uso no he tenido problemas en los equipos Android y Linux. En términos genrales, la velocidad no se ha visto afectada. No he requerido el soporte técnico, pero como nuevo cliente me han contactado dos veces para ofrecerme ayuda en caso de que lo requiera.

Ik heb helaas geen goede ervaring met pia. Abonnnement gelujk opgezegd. U adverteerde niet tevreden dan krijgt u uw geld terug. Na 1 dag had ik door dat de android app niet compatible. Was met mijn mxq media speler. 17 mei aangemeld 18 mei contact opgenomen met de helpdesk. Deze vertelde mij per email dat ik maar naar ideal moest voor teruggave van €39,95. Ik heb nu voor een heel jaar betaald terwijl ik er niets mee kan. Ik moet nu nog een abonnement bij een andere provider nemen en, dat kan niet de bedoeling zijn toch! Ideal vertelde mij dat private internet acces het moet oplossen. Misschien begrijpt u nu waarom ik zeer teleurgesteld ben. Met vriendelijk, groet Armin Kolk

WARNING! DONT BUY THEIR SERVICE! Their VPN client doesn't work properly, 4kb/s download speed, infected VPN servers that attacks everyone that connects to them (OPENTEAR attack), and no customer support. THEY SCAM THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!

This company used to be good, but not anymore. I was their customer for two years and everything was fine. Now, in May 2017 I got a technical issue and contacted them many times for two weeks. None of the requests was returned. Absolute silence. They only send auto-emails asking to rate their “service”. So, here it is: zero stars (the same as non-existent service) out of five. Bottom line: there are technical issues with PIA and they don’t have support at all.
