The service works, however there is no automatic IP rotation unless one disconnects and reconnects. The support is terrible. A ticket was raised after signing up and paying and no reply has been received 4 days later. 24 hours after the first ticket, an email was received offering priority support for new users! After re-raising the original ticket to this priority support, a reply is yet to be received.

VPN is not working correctly. No customer support. No refund. Official customer complaint issued - waiting for reply how US company can sell services outside US and not respecting their marketing promise. Are lying to customers is agreeable ? We will see. If they lie on they offer and doesn't care about customer - what stops them from selling your traffic data to other companies or others ?

Been using for 24 hours on both cell phones and laptop and speed has been great simple to use app. I don't know anything about computers but the set up was simple. Only drawback is it's a little pricey for year round usage.

This PIA service keeps shutting down and I'm no longer able to find ways to restore it. Support is virtually non-existent. The only way I have been able to find ways to restore it is either through my own knowledge or that of a very smart techie who has been helping me with it. PIA has been of ZERO help.

Comecei a usar a PIA recentemente. Ainda acho cedo para fazer qualquer avaliação a sério. Porém, até o momento, desde a escolha até a utilização, passando pela instalação, tenho nada a reclamar. Apesar de ser da área de TI, percebi que qualquer um, mesmo sem experiência, pode fazer uso da PIA, pois é tudo muito simples e bem explicado. Pretendo acrescentar uma estrela na avaliação, após algum tempo em uso, de forma que possa avaliar o real uso, incluindo a velocidade.

VPN often kills the internet connection because it can't resolve the IP address, leaving my device unable to communicate with the internet until I manually reset the VPN. All the while I have no idea that I've been missing emails and other new info the entire time. I've emailed customer service several times with no response. Also, Netflix has blocked this VPN, so you can't get around location based restrictions. Also, the VPN will not connect in Mexico at all so far as I can tell. Very disappointed with PIA VPN.

Have only been using Private Internet Access (PIA) for a short time, but so far the experience has been great. Thank you to Groovypost for bringing this service to my (our) attention. It's a really nice feeling knowing that I can surf and shop the web without leaving all kinds of trackable 'footprints" behind.

Great experience with PIA. Using ADSL2 and a VPN gateway within my own country i have found no noticeable difference in speed or connection. Software was easy to download and install with no need for troubleshooting. Fantastic service. I had used several trials from other companies that were much more difficult to set up and in one instance wasn't even able to obtain a connection regardless of multiple emails back and forth with the company and installing TAP drivers and such. Very relieved and happy that PIA has been such a straight-forward and easy process.

We get 50/50 internet to the house and this vpn does not slow anything down
