I had to say I really wanted to like this service. Very easy installer, cheap price, etc. The truth is that their service is unusable because of the lag and users have notice this. This whole page is full of people complaining about lag and how they won't get any answers to support tickets. I have the same experience. They promise money back guarentee, but won't even answer the ticket. Dear PIA vpn staff. It doesn't count if you apologize and ask the support ticket here. You should help your customers whether they complain about you publicly or not. Can't recommend.

Ik ben content met de werking van deze site. ik heb wel een probleem dat ik niet op alle sites kan,hij staat nu in Germany. maar als ik hem In UK Shouthampton verbind kan ik op een site niet op
terrible follow up, slows my access, blocks important sites and after two tickets no customer response and guidance and FAQ are not technical but marketing - not happy
Private Access Now installation was either faulty, or the Private Access Now itself does not work... other programs are able detect the original IP address very easily. I cannot use this VPN for its advertised purpose.
Turns out my isp, Centurylink in Colorado, was throttling youtube and various other streaming sites. PIA is worth every penny even 4k video now plays smooth as butter.
I've had trouble identifying how to setup my service. I filed out a customer service form then got an email saying they're "undergoing an unexpected support load". I added an additional comment asking if there was a customer service number I could call instead after waiting for a whole day of no response. I cancelled my subscription and asked for a refund. They sent an email saying the request was received but they are "undergoing an unexpected support load". That same day I got an email that said since I was a new user I can get a special support ticket dedicated to new users. I asked for a refund again and got the same "undergoing an unexpected support load" email. I've had it with this company and I just want my money back. It has been three days since I've purchased and two days since I've requested a refund.
