Had heard 24/7 service. NOT true. Even to reset a simple password had to wait for many hours. Radiculous.!!! It is ironic that this company had time to instantly post a response to this feedback but only response to my emails for assistance is that they will get back me. Which they still have not even after 24 hours.

Still waiting for a response from customer service. I wrote a review here last week and was responded to instantly by someone from the company. They said to email them and they would get back to me. Emailed them one minute after their response to my review and I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM THEM!!! What a scam!!!!!!!!! I want a refund! I havent been abele to log into the service since I bought it!!! Emailed help desk 5 times now!!!!! Going to have to dispute the matter with my credit card company, this is beyond ridiculous!!!!
