The VPN does not work the way it should and is not detected and the destination you request. So if you were hoping to use this to connect to you home country, forget it. I put in a support request over a week ago and no reply. Waste of Money. I now have to go back to Pure VPN at least they reply.
I could not install it after many tries. Yes it maybe my fault, but it should be easier than that. So I canceled it the same hour, got the charge but still waiting for refund
There product did not met my needs. I knew this within a few hours of signing up. I canceled right away, the same day I paid and signed up. I have been emailing them everyday, sometimes twice a day for a week and they will not answer me, no communication. I want a refund and I am being completely ignored. Horrible company, do not give them your money. No communication. There are other providers that are more then happy to help and answer their emails. Addition: 37 hours after posting this and doing as PIA asked by sending email attention ..... still no response, what happened to wanting to make this right? Just a show, still not a single response to my Numerous emails! Worst customer service ever, Addition. Per your request. It's very useful when you want to watch a UK TV abroad, or Australian Open in the UK, etc. It works seamlessly, has a very convenient interface, and is very reasonably priced especially if you pay annually.
The thing I like the most about Private Internet Access VPN is that it supports Linux. It has a native client similar to the Windows one. Other VPN providers provide just a command-line client or you have to manually configure it. Apart from that, PIA offers a lot of payment options which is very helpful for countries outside of North America or Europe I think.
