I was promised a five dollar a month discount but never received it. Also, this trust pilot only allows you to edit review and not reply. That's silly. Your request (509524)
Hung up on “connecting”. Requested refund...still waiting... This was on iPhone 6.
Tested for 1 month then decided to get the 1 year deal basically had to start again. New account. Would have made sense to just let me extend from the original account .
eerlijke maatschappij, duidelijk, veilg en zeer goede prijzen.
This VPN is easy to set up on multiple devices and I have not had any issues at all. So far it's been great.
This is the first VPN service I've ever used as far as I can tell it's great no problems yet interface is very user friendly
Several friends of mine swear by PIA, so I had been planning to get a plan with them for some time. I was only waiting for when the plans would be on sale, which happened a few days ago. Two years at $2.50 a month in one lump sum, not too shabby. Set-up was a breeze and the different locations are very useful.
Worked well for 2 days. Then, it stopped working and I only got the message: Login request failed due to a network error. Please try again. To add insult to injury, I kept getting the PIA messages stating that my system was unprotected.
Easy to set up and use, almost always works (one time android app crashed during connection, relaunched with no problems, never happened again). Installed on android phone and laptop. Use it regularly.
The service is A1. My only complaint is the way their payment system is set up. If you pay through PayPal it automatically sets up a recurring payment system which I don't like. I prefer to pay for anything by renewing my subscription myself when the subscription is up for renewal. This puts me in control of whether I want to renew or not. I have again renewed my subscription recently as I like the service they provide, but what a pain in the butt. They should not be allowed to lock you in to a recurring payment system without your prior consent. They should have a lot more respect for their existing, and new subscribers. Figure out a fairer way to do this, and do it better next time in the future.
